Exchanges and Shipping
In store or online purchases may be exchanged within 21 days with a receipt and tags attached to item or garment. Exchanges will be granted to unwashed, unworn, and intact clothing purchases. Online items must be returned within the 21 day time period. Sale and Clearance items are considered Final Sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
No refund on shipping/handling charges will be issued. If you purchased an item online, and wish to exchange the item, you are responsible for shipping charges. Gracie Lou is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to mail carrier services. If the item(s) is damaged upon receipt, Gracie Lou must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item.
Online Return Instructions
Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. Gracie Lou is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
Shipping & Handling
Items purchased from the website, will be shipped within 72 hours. If you place an order on a Friday, a weekend day, and/or holiday, your order will be shipped within 72 hours of the next business day.
Gracie Lou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
